We went to another brunch place this time close to where we stayed in Bali. Bread yard originated in Singapore and have a couple of places around the world. This place has a very unique design in terms of the seating space, flooring and architecture and whilst you are inside, it does feel like you are part of outside which was quite interesting.
The immediate thing that struck me when I sat down was the menu options which felt quite unique and there were lots of items that made me want to try. I went for this pretzel, bagel type dish with hummus underneath, with poached eggs. I have opted for the side of salmon which was very generously thick cut and tasted amazing with their own curing.
Other dishes we tried include sour dough with burrata, buns with blueberries and cream which was super soft and delicious.
You can also have a variety of drink options here which makes it really hard to choose!
The service was efficient and attentive. I have purchased some merchandise and given they were the last on the shelf and on display, they have me a good discount on the items and they also gave me a nice stickers as souvenirs.
I definitely recommend this place for a brunch!
